Importing

Movie Magic Budgeting 10 budgets can be sent to EP's SmartAccounting for immediate importing. To do this, you need the SmartAccounting Project ID for your project.

  1. In the Open Budget window.
  2. Click to select a budget.
  3. Click to Edit.
  4. Click or press TAB to enter the SA Project ID field.
  5. Enter the SA Project ID.
  6. Press ENTER or TAB to commit your change.

Note: An admin or user on that SA project needs to log in to SA and review any budgets shared with them in the MMB 10 Import screen. If changes are subsequently made to your budget, remove and re-enter the SA Project ID to send an update. The same import process then needs to be repeated on the SA side.

Exporting

Use the Export feature to save your budget as an MMB 7 or Tab Delimited file to import to SmartAccounting or other accounting programs.
